This newly built Beverly Hills home lacked certain design elements. We
re-finished the front door and faux painted a plaster-molded fireplace to
match the stone elsewhere in the house. A complete and detailed design
and staging so enhanced the property that the new owners bought the furnishings.
Staged home should entice prospective home buyers to say “oh! I could
live here!”
